GRENDARIA INTERNATIONAL OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established on December 5, 2005.
Initially, the company was assigned the status of the managing company of the GRENDARIA group of companies . At the same time, the Company carried out general and practical management of activities in the field of activity of the GRENDARIA group of companies : export and import of products, logistics, consulting.
The successfully implemented projects and services of the Company include: organizing the delivery of a complex of oil and gas equipment from Italy to Ukraine from Italy, organizing the delivery of construction equipment from the EU countries to Turkmenistan, organizing the supply of power equipment from China to Estonia, organizing the transportation of oversized food equipment, organizing the provision of construction services, etc.
The geography of the company's activities gradually expanded to the countries of the EU and the former USSR, Southeast and Central Asia.Gradually, services in the field of construction and the actual construction of residential complexes began to be added to the scope of the company's activities, which caused the reorganization of the activities of both the GRENDARIA group of companies and the Company.
Due to the increase in the volume of tasks and the expansion of the scope of activities of the GRENDARIA group of companies in 2020 - 2022, the Company's activities were re-profiled in the direction of specialization in the export and import of products for various purposes, as well as in logistics services and other services in international trade.
The GRENDARIA group of companies is constantly expanding the scope of its activities and increasing the volume of services provided. The activities of the group cover, in addition to the Republic of Estonia, other EU countries, Ukraine, China, the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Korea and others.
Currently, the Company has the specified specialization in the GRENDARIA group of companies and widely uses support and assistance from affiliated companies in Estonia, Sweden, Ukraine, and Nigeria in its activities.
